Sofa O´clock offers a €30 welcome discount for subscribing to the newsletter (see conditions), a birthday voucher and professional benefits through the O´clock Pro programme. Each offer is subject to its respective eligibility requirements and terms and conditions.

As a general rule, Sofa O´clock discounts, vouchers and benefits cannot be combined with one another. Promotional offers may be combined when expressly permitted. O´clock Pro discounts and birthday vouchers cannot be combined with promotional offers or any other discounts or benefits.

Subscribe to the Sofa O´clock newsletter using a valid email address. Once you have confirmed your subscription, you will receive a personal discount code by email. The code is valid for a single online purchase of €200 or more and applies only to eligible full-price items. Only one welcome discount may be used per customer and per account.

To receive the birthday voucher, you must have a Sofa O´clock account, be subscribed to the newsletter and add your correct date of birth to your account. The voucher is personal, valid for 30 days and may be used for a single online purchase of €200 or more. It cannot be combined with promotional offers, discounted items, promotional codes or other Sofa O´clock benefits.

O´clock Pro is a programme for architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, holiday rental businesses, hospitality companies and commercial projects. Approved members may benefit from professional discounts of up to 20%, free delivery on eligible orders, personalised quotations and project support. The applicable benefits depend on purchase volume and the programme terms and conditions.

Please check that the code: * has been entered correctly; * has not expired or been used previously; * meets the required minimum purchase value; * applies to the products in your basket; * is being used on the correct customer account; * is not being combined with an incompatible discount. Discount codes must be successfully applied before the order is completed and, as a general rule, cannot be added afterwards.

The refund will correspond to the amount actually paid for the returned items after all discounts and benefits have been applied. If a partial return means that the items you keep no longer meet the minimum purchase value or other offer conditions, the discount may be recalculated and the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund. Single-use codes, welcome discounts and birthday vouchers will not be automatically reactivated or reissued after a return.
